Pilates Class Schedule
Our upcoming weekly Pilates class schedule of 130+ options. The Pilates schedule below is for all 3 of our Seattle Pilates locations; Mount Baker, Phinney Ridge, and Ravenna, so make sure to double-check before you book.
We try our best to fit different class options into our Pilates schedule for every body; Reformer + jumpboard, beginner, intense, moderate, mat, online Zoom options & more!
If you’d like more details on a class listed in the Pilates schedule, you can click on the class name. Doing so will also show you any suggested prerequisites for ensuring the class is a good fit, and will provide more info about the instructor. Class names with “Equipment” in the title mean that the class uses equipment, such as the reformer, tower, jumpboard, bohi, props, etc.

Group class cancellation & no-show policy: Group class bookings must be canceled 12 hours or more in advance to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee. All “No Shows” will be charged a $40 fee. We have a 7-minute grace period for classes. If you are more than 7 minutes late we will give your spot to another student if they are waiting. If you show up to class and your spot has been given away because it has been more than 7 minutes, you will not be charged. If you NO SHOW because you are late, you will be charged.

Please note that class schedules and instructor assignments are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Vitality Pilates does not guarantee specific instructors for any sessions, and changes do not qualify for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
