Beginner Equipment

A level 1 class for beginners, new clients, clients new to Vitality, or anyone looking to learn and work on the fundamentals and foundations of Pilates.

Equipment used: Reformer and/or Tower

Experience equipment Pilates in all planes and positions.

We recommend that 6-8 classes be taken over a 4-week period in order to be given permission for Level 2 classes.

A level 2 class featuring intermediate exercises on the equipment providing a moderate challenge and pace. This class will challenges your strength and flexibility. Ideal for those looking to refine their technique and build a solid foundation for advanced workouts.

Equipment + Stretch

A combination of Pilates with a focus on stretching and release work. A level 2 class featuring intermediate exercises on the equipment with a focus on stretching and release work. This class provides a moderate challenge and pace. This class will challenges your strength and flexibility.

Ideal for those looking to refine their technique and increase their flexibility.

Reformer + Jumpboard

A level 2 class featuring intermediate exercises on the equipment and jumpboard providing a moderate challenge and pace. This class combines equipment exercises with the Pilates jumpboard – a fun workout that’s easy on the joints. This class offers a dynamic blend of strength, flexibility, endurance, and a touch of cardio.

Designed for experienced practitioners, it challenges your physical limits without stressing your body, perfect for those aiming to enhance their performance and achieve peak results.

Bodhi

The Bodhi suspension system combines the precision and alignment of Pilates with balance and strength challenges. Apply the Pilates principles on the Bodhi apparatus to achieve improvements in total body strength, core control, balance and posture.

Bodhi means “to awaken”.

Community Pilates

This all levels reformer pilates class is taught by our teacher trainees working to finish their certification. Prior Pilates reformer or Beginner Equipment class experience is required.

Using Pilates equipment in Pilates class

Equipment

A level 4 class featuring advanced exercises on the equipment providing an intense challenge and pace. This class will challenges your strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Perfect for experienced practitioners looking to intensify their workout and achieve peak performance. This advanced class will push you to your edge and offers little to no breaks.

Cardio Fusion

A level 4 class for clients who have plenty of experience and are looking for a challenge. This advanced class will push you to your edge and offers little to no breaks.

Cardio Fusion improves the cardiovascular system, muscular strength, endurance, and muscle balance.

Buff Bones

Buff Bones® is a challenging multi-level class integrating Pilates, strength training, and functional movement to improve the health and longevity of bones and joints as well as improving overall strength and balance. Buff Bones® is safe and medically endorsed for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia.

Prerequisites: You must have the ability to go from standing to the floor (and vice versa) without assistance

Mat

Zoom Mat is for all levels. This class will take you through a full-body workout. All you need is a mat!

Mat & Props

Zoom Mat and Props is for all levels. This class will take you through a full-body workout. You will need a mat and various props depending on the class. 

Bring any or all of these to class:
– Foam roller or a rolled towel or blanket
– Hand weights or two cans of beans or bottled water of the same weight
– Theraband or tights/leggings
– Magic circle or belt
– Small cushion or folded towel for head support
– Gliding discs or wash cloths/socks (for hardwood) or paper plates (for carpet)

Multi-Level Buff Bones

Zoom Multi-level Buff Bones is a full-body, medically endorsed exercise program suitable for clients with osteoporosis & osteopenia. Suitable for clients with all kinds of spinal conditions!

Please have a mat, hand weights or two cans of food, and either a folded towel or a small cushion for the head.

Prerequisite: the ability to go from standing to the floor (and vice versa) without assistance.

Multi-Level Balance

Clients of all ages and experience can benefit from balance classes. As we age, balance-focused classes help us train our vestibular system and prevent falls. Balance classes also improve your ability to control and stabilize your body’s position and improves proprioception. This class combines traditional Pilates exercises with standing balance practice. Simple props such as foam rollers and thera-bands may also be utilized. A mat and room to move arms and legs without bumping into anything is required.

Prerequisites: Health care provider clearance after vertigo or other vestibular disturbances are diagnosed.

Intense Mat

Zoom Intense Mat is for intermediate to advanced clients, ready for a challenge. This class will take you through a full-body workout. All you need is a mat!

Prerequisites: permission for Level 3 (or Level 4)

Precautions: Health care provider permission to exercise. Free from acute injuries or unmanaged conditions. Those with spinal conditions should be cautious of loaded flexion exercises. Ask your instructor for assistance!

* Group Pilates classes must be canceled 12 hours in advance to avoid a late fee charge of $15. No shows will be charged a $30 fee.
