Membership Policies
Late Cancels:
Group class bookings must be canceled 12 hours or more in advance in order to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee. All No Shows will be charged a $40 fee. Private lessons must be canceled 24 hours in advance or the session will be lost.
Member Drop-Ins:
Members receive drop-ins for $20 each, 50% off the regular price. This means that if you have a 5 class membership and want to add a 6th class for the month, you can do so for $20 (regularly $40). If you purchase a drop in and do not use it for whatever reason, you will keep your drop in and can use it for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please note there are no refunds.
Booking Window:
Classes become available to book 7 days in advance to the public and 30 days in advance for members. This is a rolling booking calendar. You cannot book classes more than 30 days in advance.
Waitlist:
Only put yourself on the waitlist if you are confident that you can attend class. If you can no longer make it to class please remove yourself from the waitlist. Once you’ve been popped into class you’ll get an email reminder (and a text if you are opted in). Walla will pop you into the class up until 1 hour before class starts.
Membership Stall Form:
Stalls must be submitted with a minimum of 5 business days notice. Stalls can be up to 6 weeks long. Please note that annual memberships and credit packages start on the date of purchase and cannot be stalled.
Membership Cancellation Form:
Sorry to see you go! All cancellations require a 30-day notice. Monthly memberships can be canceled after the contract expires. If your membership is not canceled it will continue to automatically renew until it is canceled.
Membership Plan Change (Upgrade/Downgrade) Form:
Please submit your plan change request at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. This ensures a smooth transition to your new plan.

What do I wear?
I’m brand new to Pilates, where do I start?
New Client Equipment classes are the best classes for beginners. Regardless if you’ve done pilates before, we have all new clients start in this class because the instructor reviews the equipment and set up of the reformer in depth.
What happens if I'm late to class?
We have a 7 minute grace period for classes. If you are more than 7 minutes late we will give your spot to another student if they are waiting. If you show up to class and your spot has been given away because it has been more than 7 minutes, you will not be charged. If you NO SHOW because you are late, you will be charged.
