Fusion classes Available at Mount Baker and Ravenna

Fusion is brought to Vitality Pilates by Melissa Galvan. Fusion classes are taught center floor, and bring together the best of Barre, Strength Training, Functional Training, Pilates and Yoga. Fusion will amplify your core strength and tone your glutes and thighs. Fusion classes take all of the amazing mind-body work and familiar cuing that you are used to hearing in your Pilates classes and applies it to strengthening movements for total body conditioning.

By taking away the barre and challenging the body with center floor core moves, Fusion sculpts the entire body while only utilizing a small Pilates core ball, light hand weights, and gliding discs. Fusion challenges and sculpts the body without the risk of injury by allowing you to work within your own range of motion.
