Our Concept

One of the only studios in Seattle to offer group reformer classes, we specialize in small, progressive equipment classes and offer personalized private and semi private training, both designed to meet the needs of each individual client. Differing from a mat class, Reformer Pilates utilized resistance equipment to tone and challenge your body, allowing you to strengthen core muscles groups while increasing muscle flexibility, circulation and overall body efficiency.

 

We specialize in small, progressive equipment for both new and advanced students, as well as personalized private or semi-private sessions. Our on-site Physical Therapist can help you relieve many types of injuries, as well as vertigo, and many insurance plans are accepted!

New to Pilates?

Try our Introductory Course!
This 7 week progressive class series is ideal for beginners and returning clients. Over the course of 14 or 21 sessions, your instructor will guide you through the fundamentals of Pilates training while you establish core strength and increased flexibility. To ensure personal attention, space is limited to seven students per class. Enroll now! Our next Introductory Series begins March 22 and April 19 at Mount Baker and Phinney Ridge locations.

Vitality’s Instructor Certification and Personal Enrichment program integrates the original work of Joseph H. Pilates with adaptive applications of current physical research. Students study the foundational principles of Pilates which distinguish it from other disciplines and receive in-depth training on the full spectrum of Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Mat, Ladder Barrel, Ped-O-Pull and Props such as foam rollers, magic circles and resistance bands.
