We’ve grown to three beloved studios in Seattle with nationally certified instructors, small group classes, and a mission to help you thrive.

I’m new to Pilates. Will I be lost?
Not at all. We welcome beginners every day, and you can always start with a gentle class or private intro session.
What if I have an injury or special concern?
Many of our members come to us for that very reason. Let us know your needs—we’ll match you with the right classes and instructors.
Can I pause or extend the trial?
The 2-week trial begins on your first class, not your purchase date. You can start whenever you’re ready.
Do I have to visit all 3 locations?
Not at all. Choose the studio closest to you—or explore them all. Zoom and on-demand options are always available, too.
What happens after the trial?
You can continue with a flexible membership, drop-in classes, or private lessons. No pressure. Just options that work for you.
