Sara has been providing excellent massage for her clients for the past eight years.  She graduated from Brenneke School of Massage in 2000 with a certificate in Sports Massage and Injury and Treatment Massage.  She has also furthered her studies in Thailand and at home, studying Thai Massage.  She listens to each client to give them a relaxing, therapeutic and effective massage that meets their specific goals.  She does this using a variety of modalities, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trager and stretching.  Her goal is that you will leave having your needs met and feeling different then when you came in.
