Multi-Level Classes
Vitality's Intro Series lays the foundation for Pilates training and Multi-Level expands upon it. Multi-level classes continue to focus on fundamental Pilates principles, while picking up the pace to give students additional challenges. This class provides an overall body workout for intermediate and advanced students, incorporating advanced equipment training on the Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Props and Mat. Students who are ready for deeper work are encouraged to attend these complex and fun classes.
Multi Level Classes are appropriate for students at an intermediate and advance level in their training. To move from Intro Series to Multi Level, students must have a recommendation from their instructor.
In all of our Multi Level classes, there is only space for 3-8 students. This ensures our instructors can provide individualized guidance and attention to every student.
