Multi Level classes offer intermediate and advanced work for returning students. These classes continue to focus on Pilates fundamentals while giving students the opportunity to deepen their practice with additional challenges at a quicker pace.
Advanced students have the opportunity to choose from a variety of classes, allowing them to customize their training focus to meet their individual needs and interests.
Equipment Classes take place mainly on the Reformer and often incorporate the Half Cadillac and Chair work. Instructors may also include props to challenge students while training is focused on intermediate and advanced apparatus work. 50 minutes.
Prop Classes focus on deeper core work by using the weight of your own body rather than equipment. Mostly taking place on a floor mat, Prop classes utilize foam rollers, balls, magic circles and therabands. 50 minutes.
Jump Board classes are available for intermediate and advanced students looking for an additional challenge. Jump board-only training takes place on the reformer, strengthening your core and burring calories thought continuous jumping intervals. 25 minutes, for an additional fee. |
