| Custom Classes are a unique training format offered only at Vitality. After learning more about your needs and desired Pilates focus, we will design a Pilates training regimen specifically focused on your training goals and tailored around your current fitness program. To utilize our Custom Class format, you must have a group of 3-8 individuals interested in joining for your class.

Custom Classes are a great opportunity for expecting moms. Enjoy customized sessions geared to your own needs, limitations and schedules. When taught correctly, Pilates is safe and beneficial during pregnancy. Because Pilates is different from other forms of exercise, you’ll leave your session feeling energized rather than tired. Our special Prenatal focus will help you strengthen the muscles used during child-birth, helping your become stronger, more flexible, and reduce the time needed to heal after your baby is born. If you and your friends are expecting, we can customize a special prenatal series just for you!
