Vitality is one of the only studios in Seattle to offer group Reformer classes. We specialize in small, progressive equipment classes and offer personalized private training, both designed to meet the needs of each individual client. Differing from a mat class, Reformer Pilates utilizes resistance equipment to tone and challenge your body, allowing you to strengthen core muscles groups while increasing muscle flexibility, circulation and overall body efficiency.
