Classes With Interns

The instructor teaching this class is still in training.  Students who take this class should have a high level of body awareness, be mindful of their limits, and assume full responsibility for their safety.

Beginning/Intermediate, Reformer, Tower, foam roller, small Pilates ball, slow to moderate, slow to moderate to challenge, precise, focused, varied routines

Experience:

Ten or more Level 1 classes

Strength:

Free of moderate to severe discomfort
