Our Introductory Series lays the foundation of Pilates training. Students begin by learning proper form and breathing, followed by the integration of apparatus techniques. Beginning Reformer exercises and some prop work are introduced during this series. Over the course of 7 weeks, basic techniques and exercises gradually progresses to include more difficult modifications and expansions, challenging your core and increasing your strength.
The Introductory Series is appropriate for beginning and returning students. Unless you have previous Reformer experience, we recommend clients repeat the Introductory Series 2-3 times before moving into Multi Level course work.
Each Introductory Series is 7 weeks long and can be attended 2 or 3 times a week, depending on customer preference for a total of 14 or 21 classes. Each class is 55 minutes long. |
