Create-A-Class
Whether you wish to study a discipline we're not currently offering, or simply want one of our existing classes at a new time, you have the power to make that happen thru our create-a-class program. Find just two additional students to pre-register with you for the class, and we will work hard to find a qualified instructor. Pending space availability, we will schedule it within 3-8 weeks.

This is a great opportunity for athletic groups to tailor a Pilates class to their specific needs. Athletes of any sport can benefit significantly from Pilates cross-training - learning to reprogram movement patterns while increasing their muscular strength, efficiency, and endurance.
