| Introductory
Series (What is Pilates?) The Prop classes ulitize small equipment such as balls, therabands, foam rollers, and weights to create
an overall, full-body workout.
Feel the benefits of
increased energy, flexibility and strength. Improve your posture, the health of your
joints and back!
Choose 2-3 classes per week from the following class times
The following 7-Week Series begins May 5th:
6:00am Tues/Weds**/Thurs/Fri**
The following 7-week series begins June 2nd:
7:00am Mon/Tue**/Wed/Thur/Fri
** Denotes Intro Prop Classes
A minimum of 3-4 people are required to run a class. Classes may be canceled due to low enrollment.
Please be sure to check our
online schedule for up-to-date
days and times of classes that are currently running.
Multi-Level Equipment and Props Students who are ready for deeper work, a faster pace and/or more challenging exercises are welcome to attend thess complex and fun classes.

Create-A-Class This is a great opportunity for athletic groups to tailor a Pilates class to their specific needs. Athletes of any sport can benefit significantly from Pilates cross-training - learning to reprogram movement patterns while increasing their muscular strength, efficiency, and endurance.
