Software Guidelines

Vitality uses an online scheduling system to schedule all of our clients' classes, appointments, and private lessons. The difference between “Waitlist Confirmed”, and “Waitlist Unconfirmed”

If you were bumped from the waitlist into a class, you will receive an automatic email letting you know the day and time of the class that is now on your schedule.

If you log into your account and look at your schedule, you might see the words, “waitlist confirmed” or “waitlist unconfirmed.” In either case, you have been put into the class, and it is your responsibility to either attend, or cancel yourself out of the class if you cannot.

If you get bumped into a class in less than 3 days time of the class running, and cannot attend, you will not lose that credit, as long as you cancel yourself out, allowing someone else to take your space.
